The Australian International Airshow is a major biennial event held at Avalon Airport in Victoria, showcasing the latest in military aviation, aerospace, defence, and space technologies. I worked with the Customer Experience Team to resolve queries from industry exhibitors at the Aviation Trade Show, trade show visitors and patrons attending the air show. I helped manage phone and email enquiries relating to parking, wayfinding and the flying display during the event.
