The Melbourne Cricket Club has the responsibilities of managing the Melbourne Cricket Ground and being a private club managing a 130,000 strong membership base that also has 14 sports represented under the club's banner.

I work with the events team to assist MCC members and patrons in verifying ticket validity, managing queues at venue entrances and assisting the patrons with information about the event, venue and location of amenities.​ Being part of a team that puts on events for 80,000 patrons every weekend is a surreal feeling and always a new learning experience.
