The Australian International Airshow at Avalon Airport is one of the Asia-Pacific's premier aviation, aerospace, defence, and space technology events, drawing hundreds of thousands of visitors and international industry exhibitors across its trade show and public days.

I joined the Customer Experience Team, serving as the primary point of contact for queries from industry exhibitors at the Aviation Trade Show, as well as general visitors and patrons attending the public air show days. My role involved managing phone and email enquiries covering parking, wayfinding, and the flying display program, ensuring a smooth and informed experience for everyone on site.

As a hobbyist photographer, I also got rare close access to the static and aerial displays. Some of those shots are in my photography portfolio.
